Every cleaning step included
- Prices are per sump or tank and include every cleaning step: de-watering, sludge removal, disinfection, pressure wash, vacuum cleaning and drying.
- Other sizes, sumps above 18,000 L and tanks above 5,000 L: call for price.
- Tiled sumps: we confirm the price over the phone.
- Pipe acid wash, waterproofing and toilet cleaning are priced after inspection.

Good to know
How often should I clean my sump and tank?
Every 6 months is recommended. Clean sooner if the water smells, looks cloudy or yellowish, or after heavy rain or flooding.
How long does the cleaning take?
Most overhead tanks take 1–2 hours and most sumps 2–3 hours, depending on size and how much sludge there is.
I don't know the size of my tank. What do I do?
Look for the capacity printed on the tank (e.g. 1000 L). If you can't find it, just send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll tell you the size and price.
Are the chemicals safe for drinking water?
Yes. We use potassium permanganate and bleaching powder (chlorine), the same disinfectants commonly used to treat drinking water, and rinse thoroughly with a pressure wash afterwards.
Do I need to empty the sump or tank before you come?
Please use up or store the water you need beforehand. We pump out whatever remains, along with the sludge.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
Someone should be there to give access to the sump, tank and water supply. You don't need to watch the whole job.

Varthur and nearby areas of east Bengaluru, including Whitefield, Gunjur, Sarjapur Road, Marathahalli and Bellandur. Call us if your area isn't listed.
